THE GOLD AND THE GREY
Alternate title: AN ECHO FROM THE IRON HARP
An original typescript titled "An Echo from the Iron Harp" exists. It was included in the proposed poetry collection IMAGES OUT OF THE SKY by REH, Tevis Clyde Smith, and Lenore Preece, titled "An Echo from the Iron Harp."
The title "The Gold and the Grey" was given by Glenn Lord to an untitled typescript version. Years later,
Glenn Lord found out what the correct title was.

"An Echo from the Iron Harp" is nearly identical to "The Gold and the Grey" with only a few minor word differences.
"An Echo from the Iron Harp" does contain one line that does not appear in "The Gold and the Grey."
The line is as follows:  And the raven came and the lean grey wolf, to follow the sword's red play.
The listing below documents appearances of
"The Gold and the Grey" which does not contain the line noted above.
