- The final part of a letter from HPL to E. Hoffman
Price, dated June 20, 1936, in which HPL tells Price that Cathy Moore has
just informed him of Howard's death.
- A letter from Price to HPL dated June 25, 1936, in
which Price echoes the news given by HPL and laments REH's death and asks
HPL to confirm whether the bad news is true.
