Published in a proof edition of 25 numbered copies of which most were given away to Howard fans that attended Pulpcon in 1998.   They were not sold or distributed.
"The Reformation: A Dream" was mis-titled as "The Reformation of a Dream"
The proofs were done for proofreading purposes and they contain an average of two errors per page.
