Hardcover hand-made book by Wayne Stolte.

20 copies quarter-bound (green cloth on
spine, grey boards, rice paper end papers, black jacket with impressed photo
of REH on front, title and author’s name on spine in silver, all in jacket
protector.

Two copies were bound in leather, black
covers, marbled endpapers, same jacket.
|
There was no initial price for the book,
instead, Wayne Stolte required a good trade.

Reno’s Black Rock Press. Illustrations by M.T. Colleen Nielsen.
Hand typeset in 16 point Centaur and printed on Frankfurt Cream paper with
Kasugami endsheets and a Canson Mi Tientes cover. Printed in a limited
edition of 20 copies, of which this is number ___” Signed by M.T.
Colleen Nielsen.

Contains two interior illustrations,
one for each poem. There is also a photo of REH in a hat (same as
on the jacket) looking like a drawing opposite the title page.

The leather-bound copies have a hand
written note:
"Bound in full lethaer (sheepskin skiver) with
mabled endsheets." 1/11/93, signed Wayne Stolte.
"Special" is written in place of a number.
